David Madison Cawthorn rose to national prominence in 2020 when, at 25, he became the youngest member of Congress elected since 1964, representing North Carolina's 11th congressional district. A self-described constitutional conservative, he quickly aligned himself with the 'America First' agenda and former President Donald Trump.
